Eline knows first-hand what it means to move to a new country without knowing anyone. A Belgian national, she went through the full process of relocating to Spain herself — the paperwork, the housing search, the adaptation, the moments when you don’t know who to call. That personal experience is part of what makes her support different: she understands her clients because she has been exactly where they are.
Professionally, her background combines the best of two worlds. She began by managing the arrival and settlement of international talent in Madrid as a key HR operations figure at a Maltese company based in the Spanish capital. She then moved to the world’s number one relocation company, where she built over 10 years of deep industry experience across every level of the sector.
Multilingual and cum laude, Eline is the operational engine of Sunwave. The reason every relocation — whether for a family with children, a digital nomad or a corporate team — runs without friction. That same operational discipline shapes both our work with companies and our support for individuals moving on their own.
José Rivas — Co-founder and Director
José knows first-hand what it means to be an expat. He lived his own international experience working in Zurich, Switzerland — far from home, building a new life in another country. He knows what it feels like when the paperwork piles up, when the language is a barrier and when you need someone to guide you who actually knows the terrain.
An entrepreneur with three active companies to his name, he brings the strategic vision that makes Sunwave work both as a business and as a service. His goal is clear: to make Sunwave the go-to relocation company in Málaga and the Costa del Sol — for companies moving teams and for individuals making the move on their own terms.
